Relaxing in your private spa on the verandah listening to the sounds of nature which surround you...    the chorus of frogs, the fluttering of wings as the wild ducks land on the tranquil waters and the sound of the water hens which frequent the chalets.  Soak in the sights of the tranquil lake with the reflection of the stars and moon.   Teal is our "super deluxe" chalet with dual en suites. It is perfect for guests who prefer superior accommodation. No need to flip a coin!  Teal was built specifically for two couples who like to travel together, but enjoy the privacy of their own facilities.       Teal is superbly appointed with lake views from every room.  Because it is set slightly apart from the other chalets, this adults only chalet is also popular with honeymooners.  Generous in proportions, it also has its own private jetty and lakeside picnic area.      Heron is tucked away to offer privacy. It has two bedrooms each with queen- sized beds, perfect for two couples travelling together. The special features in Heron make it a popular choice with  honeymooners .   As with all our chalets, Heron has colour co-ordinated soft furnishings of cushions on the two settees, lace curtains and standard lamp. The bedrooms with their touch lamps, bedspreads and soft Velux blankets all add to your comfort.   Kingfisher enjoys commanding views over the lake, water fountain and gazebo, being the perfect place to watch trout rise on a setting sun. A two bedroom chalet with 1 queen and 2 single beds, it is ideal for couples or families. The kitchen, as in all chalets, is extremely well-equipped with oven, hot plates, microwave oven and good sized 2 door fridge. A great selection of crockery, cutlery and glassware in every chalet allows you to dine in style! Enjoy the visits of the friendly Splendid Wren as they go on their rounds visiting each chalet in turn, looking for tit bits. Ibis is a two bedroom chalet. It has a queen bed in one room and 2 singles in the other so that it can accommodate 4 people. Whichever chalet becomes your home, expect a visit from our family of resident black ducks closely followed by the swamp hens.   Spoonbill is our three-bedroomed chalet and a great entertainer - ideal for families or groups it has two queen-sized bedrooms and a twin room.  It is very secluded, being at the far end of the lake with a large outdoor deck area beside the spa, enjoying views over the lake and forest.     View from Spoonbill
