For the months of  May, June, July and August we are offering you the opportunity to stay 4 nights for the price of 3 between Monday and Friday, plus we will give you one of our scrumptious continental breakfast hampers with our compliments.       Booking Policy

• All prices based on up to two adults sharing.
• A surcharge of $50 is levied on stays of one night only.
• Where 3 bedrooms are used (Spoonbill only) please add $10 per night to cover additional cleaning costs.
• Cot and highchair available for hire at $10.
• Twin share will incur an extra charge of $40.
• Winter Special rates apply May, June, July and August. Not applicable school or public holidays.
• Prices subject to change and availability or not to be used with any other offer.
• Visa,  MasterCard,  Amex accepted.
• All prices include GST.

Deposit Requirements

• One night's accommodation either by EFT or credit card required as a deposit within 7 days of booking  to secure your reservation. A Credit card number is required for security.
• School and public holidays- 50% of booking payable at least one month in advance.

Cancellation and Change of Date Policy

• A fee equal to half of your accommodation room rate will be charged for cancellations less than seven days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made up to 1 month (or 14 days in non peak periods) prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund of your deposit less a $30 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 1 month prior to your arrival, (or 14 days in non peak periods) no refund applies.
• Change of dates with less than 1 month notice for peak periods, or 14 days for non-peak periods, will be considered a cancellation unless we are able to fill the booking, in which case a $30 administration fee will apply.
