Booking Policy
- All prices based on up to two adults sharing.
- Weekend rates apply to Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday nights.
- A surcharge of $50 is levied on stays of one night only.
- Where 3 bedrooms are used (Spoonbill only) please add $10 per night to cover additional cleaning costs.
- Cot and highchair available for hire at $10.
- Twin share will incur an extra charge of $10.
- Winter Special rates apply May, June, July and August. Not applicable school or public holidays.
- Prices subject to change and availability or not to be used with any other offer.
- Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard, (Amex and Diners 2.0% surcharge) Accepted.

Cancellation Policy
- One night's accommodation or credit card details are required as a deposit within 7 days to hold your booking.
- A fee equal to half of your accommodation room rate will be charged for cancellations less than fourteen days prior to arrival unless it can be rebooked and if so an administration fee of $30 is charged for cancellation.
- School and public holidays- 50% of booking payable in advance.
