BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All prices based on up to two adults sharing.
A surcharge of $50 is levied on stays of one night only.
Where 3 bedrooms are used (Spoonbill only) please add $10 per night to cover additional cleaning costs.
Cot and highchair available for hire at $10.
Twin share will incur an extra charge of $40.
Winter Special rates apply May, June, July and August. Not applicable school or public holidays.

All prices include GST.
A deposit equivalent to one night's fee is required to confirm your booking. We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners, electronic funds transfers (EFT) and have EFTPOS facilities. Cards other than Visa and MasterCard attract a surcharge of 3%.
Deposits for peak periods will be 50% of your total booking payable 30 days prior to your arrival.
Valid guests' credit-card details are required at time of check-in for security purposes.
Cancellation and change of date policy
In the event of a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable unless the entire vacancy is filled. A credit for a future booking may be issued at management's discretion but only if the entire vacancy is re-booked. An administration fee of $50.00 is applicable for booking changes. Discounted rates will revert to rack rates for amended bookings.
Guests are responsible for their entire reserved stay. No refund is given for reduced guests or period booked.
Promotional offer booking are valid when staying for 4 consecutive nights. Promotional price is based on standard rates for 2 adults only. Additional people, add on items including breakfast baskets, cheese platters or package upgrades attract extra cost. Standard deposit and cancellation policies apply. Mid week promotional packages are available from Monday to Thursday. Mid week promotional offers are not valid during school holidays.
